Dinosaur Pump It Up Run

The Dinosaur Pump It Up Run course offers a wide variety of terrain and challenges for every level of runner.

The 3k course is a relatively flat route between the shadows of the imposing sandstone hills and the cottonwood flats of the Red Deer River.

The 5k course adds more elevation changes and takes you past the prehistoric bone beds of dinosaur fossils.

The 10k course (10.38k) enters the RESTRICTED ZONE. A rare close-up peek at some of the most dramatic terrain you will ever run. This rolling trail will challenge runners, so make sure to save your energy for the BIG HILL at the 7.2k mark.
