Good Grief Nature Walk

Join us for a gentle 4-week series of Sunday evening walks at Dinosaur Provincial Park. These peaceful, 1.5-hour group walks offer a safe space to observe nature, breathe deeply, and connect with yourself and others on a shared healing journey. Walking familiar trails each week, you’ll notice changes in both the landscape and your own experience, with time for reflection, conversation, or quiet solitude. Come find companionship and support as you navigate grief and loss surrounded by the calming beauty of nature.

Time: 5:45 pm – 7:15 pm
Location: Dinosaur Provincial Park (meeting location provided upon registration)
