Start the morning with a hearty pancake breakfast by donation, then line the streets for a lively Canada Day parade at 10:00 AM. At 11:00 AM, gather for a patriotic “Oh Canada” and ceremonial cake cutting—a perfect moment to honour the village’s rich history and bright future.
Throughout the day, visitors can explore a vibrant lineup of activities for all ages. Wander the farmers market, meet animals at the petting zoo, and let kids loose on jump tents, peddle tractors, and family games. Competitive spirits can jump into the action with the Farmers Olympics (3–4 PM) or register for sports like beach volleyball and pickleball.
Enjoy a showcase of local flavor with food trucks, a classic car show, live music performances, and a concert featuring the Brooks Band and local talent. Don’t miss the colorful spectacle of the Great Canadian Kite Company filling the skies!
