Pump it Up Run

Celebrate 20 years of the Pump it Up Run at the breathtaking Dinosaur Provincial Park! This unique race experience takes participants through the park’s stunning badlands landscape, offering an unforgettable run (or walk) surrounded by hoodoos, big skies, and prehistoric scenery.

With 3K, 5K, and 10K distance options available, there’s something for every age and ability level — whether you’re racing for a personal best or simply soaking in the views.

Make a weekend of it! Pre-race package pick-up takes place Friday, May 8 from 4–7pm at Piston Broke Brewing, where race participants can enjoy a complimentary beverage courtesy of Brooks Region Tourism. Stay the night at one of our Preferred Hotels or camp right in Dinosaur Provincial Park to make the most of your experience.
